2T olive oil
2 medium potatoes
1 rosemary
Sea salt & pepper
1.預熱烤箱170度。

倒油到烤盤，將切成一口大小的potatoes也加進來翻滾翻滾，rosemary平 均灑灑，放入烤箱烤30分鐘。(potatoes避免互相碰觸)
3.
取出烤盤，將potatoes翻面，同時灑鹽調味，再放入烤箱烤30分鐘，烤至potatoes裡邊鬆軟外面金黃酥脆即可。
4.Serve hot or cold.
